This is Liam Hemsworth, and this is the expression he makes through 90 percent of this movie. He greets every plot twist with a mix of amusement, confusion, and vacant good humor. It’s like his version of Blue Steel, except it’s supposed to have depth of feeling. Blue Feel.

I laughed all the way through this, only to remember at the end that Blue Feel Guy is going to be Gale Hawthorne. Which would make anyone instantly team Peeta, except Peeta Mellark is played by Josh Hutcherson. I’m quite sure I’ll sit through the whole franchise wishing Jennifer Lawrence would skewer both of them with a well-placed shot while they bicker over her, and run off with Lenny Kravitz.
